No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To process a replacement, email us at dworks615@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Issues & Cancellations
Since all items are custom-made, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Sizing & Product Information
To ensure you receive the perfect fit, please refer to our sizing charts before ordering. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
